Easy Technology of Multiplex Fluorescent SSR-PCR in Maize

It is very necessary through in-depth study of molecular breeding techniques to increase the yield of maize which is the important crop and forage in the world. In order to available the easy, fast, high efficient DNA molecular marker technology in maize, we develop a rapid multiplex SSR-PCR and fluorescence detection method in corn. The results show that we can identify the products of amplification in a fluorescent detection which mixed2 SSR-PCR reactions and a total of 11 pairs of two allele polymorphic primers. The efficiency of Mutiplex-PCR reaction is improved by 5.5 times in compare with conventional PCR and is improved by 11 times in compare with conventional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The method of fast multiplex PCR kit(Mutiplex) detection with better effect in maize was achieved, which is simple, stable and easy to transplant in different laboratories.
