SURFACE PROPERTIES OF BLAST FURNACE SLAG CONTAINING HIGH TiO_2

WEN Guangyuan PEI Henian YANG Xiaoyuan ZHU Qionghua ZHOU Peitu (Chongqing University)  
The research method and results of studying density, surface tension, slag-graphite interface tension and surface viscosity of molten blast furnace slag containing high TiO_2 of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co. are introdueed in this paper. Based on these results, the foaming mechanism and penetrability in coke layer of molten blast furnace slag containing high TiO_2 are discussed.
