TOTAL FURNACE HEAT EXCHANGE FACTOR BASED ON FURNACE TEMPERATURE

The total furnace heat exchange factor Φ_(CF) is derived with the assumption of homogeneity, and some factors affecting Φ_(CF) are discussed. Based on zone method, a temperature prediction model is presented for furnace temperature, Φ_(CF) and the distribution of Φ_(CG) under the condition of heterogeneity. The prediction and experiment verification of some affecting factors has been also carried out.
