Derivation and Analysis of Coupling Model With all Disturbance for Single Stand Cold Rolling Mill

The study on coupling relationship among shape,gauge and tension is an important question for discussion in thinner strip cold rolling process.The shape,gauge and tension coupling model with all disturbance for single stand cold rolling mill was established based on systematic and theoretical analysis of the control elements and disturb elements affecting shape,guage and tension.The coupling characteristics and diturb response characteristics were calculated with Matlab/Simulink tools.The simulation result shows that this model reflects the characteristic of single stand cold rolling mill preferably.The necessity of the anti-jamming and decoupling were designed.
