Development of Rolling Process for 400MPa Fine Grained Steel Rebar

According to conditions of product line,the 400MPa fine grained steel rebar of 20MnSi with ferrite grain size of 5-10μm was successfully developed by adjusting the chemical compositions and new design of deformation parameters of finite roll pass by using new process with controlled rolling and cooling techniques.
