Impact of Annealing Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Q235 Cold Rolled Strip

The impact of annealing temperature on mechanical properties of high strength cold rolled plate Q235 was studied.The steel was researched by means of optical microscope.The results show that the grain size of ferrite grow up as annealing temperature increase,but the horizontal grain size grow up more slowly when annealing temperature between 600-640℃.It is found that there were lots of precipitate particles.The TEM diffraction analysis indicates that the particles are cementite particles.The size distribution of these particles was counted.At last,the mechanical properties of annealed plate were tested by tension test.
