Development and Application of TMCP on the Production of High-Strength Structural Steel

SUN Xian-jin,XU Hong-qing,LI Wang-sheng,ZHAO Kun,LI Cheng-jun(Jinan Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,Jinan 250101,Shandong,China)  
By using thermal simulation machine,the static recrystallization and dynamic continuous cooling transformation of higher-strength hull structural steel were studied,and the main process factors which influence the structure and properties of plate were analyzed.High strength ship structural steel has good low temperature impact toughness and welded properties,and the average grain size of the plate can reach ASTM No.11-13 grade.
