Effect of Heat Treatment on Mechanical Properties of Bearing Steel 20Cr14Co12Mo5

The relationship between microstructures and mechanical properties of bearing steel 20Cr14Co12Mo5 are researched with different heat treatment.The results show that microstructures and mechanical properties are influenced by heat treatment with different heat treatment,the mechanical properties of the bearing steel can obtain HRC 51.0,Rm of 1840MPa,Rp0.2 of 1410MPa,A of 17%,Z of 62.5%,Aku of 75 J·cm-2,KIc of 108MPa·m1/2.
