Experimental Study of Double Slag Combined-Blowing Converter Blowing Dephosphorization Process

Through field test,the low phosphorus steel smelting process in the same top and bottom combined blown converter was achieved,which with less smelting slag and in dealing with before deslagging after dephosphorization pretreatment of hot metal,that is the double slag combined-blowing converter blowing dephosphorization process.Results shows that: phosphorus content in the hot metal of 0.11% to 0.14%,basicities of half and the end steel slag controlled within 2.0 to 2.3 and 3.6 to 3.8,total iron controlled within 14% to 16% and 16% to 18%,deslagging quantity of semisteel within 40% to 60%,can make the phosphorus content in the molten steel under 0.007%.
