A prediction medol for microstructure and property predictions of HSLA steel plates during controlled rolling and controlled cooling process is developed The model consists of four sub models:recrystallization,precipitation,transformation and mechanical property model The metallurgical phenomena occuring during controlled rolling and controlled cooling process are considered,respectively The calculated results with the present model are in reasonable agreement with the measured ones obtained in controlled rolling and controlled cooling experiments of two Nb Ti V bearing HSLA steels
