Comparison between Different Methods to Measure Tannin in Sorghum

The results from measuring the tannin content in sorghum by using different measuring methods showed that the national standard method had the advantage of quick,easy and higher recovery rate(105.07%),which indicates the measuring method can meet the analysis need of precision and a great quantity of samples.
