Law cannot be totally designed and arranged by human reason. Reason is separated, gloomy, feared, and free as well. Our activities are committed in an unconscious situation, so do law and order. The self-emerging and self-perishing order (civil law) differs absolutely from made law and their conflict is absolute. So law is unable to guide morality and it is just the protector of freedom, not the enemy.
