On Occurrence Mechanism of Rumors in Unexpected Mass Emergencies

Unexpected mass incidents are closely related with interpersonal communication.As a form of language,rumors reflect the people's psychological mood,which also touches deep-seated social mechanism.Thus,it sometimes plays a positive role in regulating society.However,the social side effects caused by mass act triggered by the rumors are also obvious.It is the responsibility of administrators of modern state and society to lessen the side effects of rumors in unexpected mass incidents.
