The Basis of Formation for Judicial Sub-culture

The judicial sub-culture exists in correspondence with the mainstream of judicial culture.As a social reality,it has its own inherent characteristics and functions,affecting profoundly the values and behavioral patterns of judicial staff.China's judicial sub-culture is formed from such mechanical factors as administration of justice,accountability and punishment for wrong judgments,cultural factors such as relations and real justice as well as professional factors such as occupational pressure and role conflict.
