Auxiliary Liver Transplantation;Immune Protection to other Allograft

Objective To explore the immune status of auxiliary liver to other allograft. Methods Analyze immunology marker and pathologic data of two auxiliary liver transplantation patients. Results Immunosuppressive agent concentration was lower with mild intensity of rejection in these patients.The function of allograft with the auxiliary live transplantation was excellent in the survived case. Conclusion Patients are under low immune response status after auxiliary liver transplantation. The auxiliary liver can protect the other allograft from immunologic reaction
