A STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF BLASTING VIBRATION ON ADJACENT TUNNEL

The effect of blasting vibration on an adjacent tunnel and its control is a key technology during the construction of hydraulic,railway and traffic projects.On the basis of the simulation with the Dynamic Finite Element Method,the effect of blasting vibration on the adjacent tunnel is studied.The influences of detonating different holes on a working face,such as reliever,buffer and peripheral holes,on the adjacent tunnel are compared and analyzed.At the same time,the effect of blasting vibration from different initiation sequences on the adjacent tunnel is studied.In accordance with the distribution of peak particle velocity and peak tensile stress along the periphery of the adjacent tunnel,the main factors of which the adjacent tunnel is affected by blasting vibration are analyzed,and a reasonable initiation sequence and some measures to control the effect of blasting vibration on adjacent tunnel are proposed.
