An Integrable Hierarchy in the Sense of Liouville and Hamiltonian Systems of its Binary Constrained Flows

A 3×3 isospectral problem is established by constructing a subalgebra of Loop algebra _2 from which we obtains an integrable Hamiltonian hierarchy of equations in the sense of Liouville by using Tu guizhang's model. Two groups of constrained flows of the hierarchy which reduce to generalized Hamiltonian systems are presented by establishing binary symmetry constraints.
