The Measurement of the Frequency Discriminating Curve of CO_2 Laser Frequency-Stabilized System Using NH_2D Stark Cell with the Heterodyne Method

We put forward the heterodyne beat frequency method measuring the frequencydiscriminating curve of CO_2 laser frequency-stabilized system using NH_2DStark cell, in which the central frequency of NH_2D is fixed, laser frequencyis changed and the variation of laser frequency is recorded by the heterodyne beat frequency counter. Using a CO_2 frequency-stabilized laser which providesthe reference of frequency, we measure the frequency discriminating curveexperimentally. The result is given and the error of measurement is analysedin the article.
