Simulation study on the seeker of aerodynamically stabilized laser-guided aerial bomb

Through the analysis of the optical physical structure of aerodynamically stabilized seekers, the laser guided signal mechanism was studied in this paper for the completion of the seeker signal mathematical modeling of the semi-active laser guided bombs in the guided process, and the technical combination approach for lector-optic modeling combined with geometric analysis was proposed. The methods of electro-optic modeling on four-quadrant laser detector and coordinate system transition between the line-of-sight space and the velocity space were applied to build up the complete mathematical model of the velocity tracking seeker. Based on the mathematical model, the guided loop simulation experiments were carried out in the mode of mathematical simulation and hardware in-the-loop (HWIL) simulation. The experimental results show that the calculated signal in the mathematical simulation is consistent with the actual output signal of the laser seeker in the HWIL simulation under the condition of eliminating the effects of the dead zone and the misalignment angle. The mathematical model is valid, which resolves the problem of laser seeker simulation from qualitative research to quantitative research.
