Application of Binary Statistic Coding to Low SNR Image Recognition

In the view of mathematical statistics,an image is formed by pure noise image and pure object image superimposing.The coherent image whose SNR is about 1 has been simulated by computer with binary statistic coding method.A binary object image immersed by noise has been obtained and the corresponding relation between the contrast and the recovering degree of the object is given.In theory,the binary image recognition technique of the binary statistic coding is very ef fective for processing of the practically obtained low SNR coherent and incoherent images.
