On the Economic Motives and Promotion of Enterprises' Participation in College-Enterprise Collaboration in Higher Vocational Colleges

Sun Jian;He Wenjin;
College-enterprise collaboration is an inevitable trend in the reform and development of higher vocational education in China.In the current college-enterprise collaboration,the enthusiasm of enterprises has not been high,which lies in the lack of economic motives.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze economic motives which restrict enterprises' participation in college-enterprise collaboration in higher vocational colleges by studying the economic cost and benefits of enterprises' participation.In the meanwhile,measures should be formulated from the perspectives of government,laws and regulations and organizational guarantees to maximize the enthusiasm of enterprises' participation,and push the the effective development of college-enterprise collaboration in higher vocational colleges.
