The Influence of the Manufacturing Production Mode Reform Upon Organization Prompting

The manufacturing production mode undergoes three times of great changes:handcraft workshop production, mass production,and a flexible production mode of varieties and changeable batches. The organization relationship structure and the rationality demonstration pattern of the organization member differentiate with different production modes which directly influence the organization prompting techniques and the prompting mechanism. For the handcraft workshop production,organization prompting is achieved through the agreeableness between the administrators and the administered party.As for the mass production,the organization prompting is acquired by contract.For the third type of production mode, the organization prompting is realized in competition. Based of the analysis of organizational relationship structures in different production modes, this paper aims to explore the influence of the manufacturing production mode upon the organization prompting.
