The Optimal Design of Control Charts of Skewness Distribution Based on Average Product Length

APL(average product length) is proposed as the criterion for measuring control chart performance to study the optimal design of skewed control chart.Aiming at the problem that the asymmetry of non-normal data cannot be solved effectively by general control chart,weight variation method is used to construct asymmetry control chart,and then an optimal design model is built.At last,the paper presencts the sensitivity analysis of this model and a calculating example.
