An Energy-saving Design of Hydraulic Cylinder Based on Life Cycle and Modularization

To quantitatively analyze the energy-saving design of hydraulic cylinder,the energy consumption in the whole life cycle is considered as the research object. Combining life cycle with modularization analysis,a topological structure of hydraulic cylinder is built according to the extenics theory,and the concept of energy-saving design unit is put forward. The indexes of cost,environment and efficiency are considered to analyze and evaluate energy-saving design unit step by step to obtain the optimal design scheme of energy saving. The results show that this method can accurately evaluate the synthetical indexes of energy-saving design unit at different levels and effectively control the energy consumption. Finally,the cylinder of a particular model hydraulic cylinder is taken as a case,by which the life cycle stage of parts machining is analyzed to prove the feasibility and practicability of the method.
