Research on the Customer Value Based Competitiveness Strategy of Hotel

As customers have more and more consumption experiences,their consumption conception has become more mature gradually.Now customers' request towards product or service is more than before and enterprises can't satisfy customers' need if only through using the traditional cost and differentiation strategies.Enterprises must create customers more value than their competitors,only in this way enterprises can acquire and keep their competitive advantage in the fierce market competition.On the basis of reviewing relevant theories of customer value,this paper points out that customer value is the essence of enterprise market competitiveness.Then,this paper analyses the drive factors about customer value in hotels,and in the end from five dimensions explains the questions that should be considered during the implementing of customer value strategy in hotels.
