Mechanism of Water Removal from Petroleum by High Voltage Pulse

Water removal from petroleum by high voltage pulse, DC and AC are tested.Through theoretical analysis and exprerimental results we propose that the mechanism of water removal from petroleum by high voltage pulse is the effect of dipolar, vibration and surge of strong elcctric field.
