Physical Model Recovery of Switching Overvoltage

?This paper presents physical model test results of recovery of switching ovcrvoltage of substation s where reactance paralleled by breakers. The ovcrvoltage pulse and its parameters are shown according to records. At last some restrain methords are tested, such as paralleling zine-oxide-lightning arresters, resistors, or capacitors. Results are concerted with theoretical analysis. So it provides guidance to applied networks.
