High Voltage and Large Current Fast Capillary Discharge Technology and Device Used to Study X-Ray Laser Amplification

In this paper, a high voltage and large current capillary fast discharge device which is practically built based on the numerical study to capillary Z-Pinch plasma by ID MHD code for soft X-ray laser amplification research is introduced in details, and some important related technology are also discussed.
