Design of an AC Sampling Unit with High Performance in RTU

The design and implement of GEA-ISAU AC sampling unit with large scale, real time and high accuracy is introduced in this paper. At fi rst, the requirement of the unit is described. Then, the hardware structure of t he unit is introduced. The shortcoming of conventional AC sampling and the sampl ing synchronous method are analyzed. A method is put forward to improve the AC s ample algorithm and sampling period real time adjustment algorithm. The structur e of software design is based on UML, and the object-orient model and operation sequence model are presented. The on-site operation demonstrates that the modifi ed AC sampling algorithm is accurate and with high efficiency, and can improve t he robustness and maintainability of software.
