Research on high radiance and tunable solar blind ultraviolet light source

In this paper,the implement method of high radiance and tunable solar blind ultraviolet(UV)light source is researched,a kind of high radiance,tunable and wide UV band source is designed.Through high-power double-wavelength UV LED and integral sphere design,high radiance and uniform UV signal is got.Using pulse current modulation,UV signal with different spectra or radiance can be achieved through digital programming.Experimental results show the source uncertainty is below 0.7%3 h,and the maximum radiance is beyond 1.24 mW/cm~2,and it can be tunable through programming so it can be effectively meet with the performance and parameter measurement of UV devices.
