浅谈人力资源激励机制

The enterprise human resources incentive mechanism's establishment should manifest the responsibility, the risk, the benefit consistently, the material drove that must with the spirit drive unifies principle. The synthesis utilization many kinds of incentive mechanisms, the mold good enterprise culture, drove that the staff strives for success upwardly, this is the enterprise sustainable development prerequisite.
