Effects of Nitrogen Fertilizer on Flag Leaves Nitrogen Assimilation,Water and Nitrogen Use Efficiency of Irrigation-limited Winter Wheat

To establish water-saving and high-yield cultivation technology of winter wheat,using Zhoumai22 as experimental material,the effects of nitrogen on flag leaves nitrogen assimilation,water and nitrogen use efficiency of irrigation-limited winter wheat were investigated under field condition.The results showed that nitrogen content and leaf relative water content in flag leaves of irrigation-limited winter wheat increased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer.At the same time,GS activity of flag leaves increased significantly,and different GS isoenzymes genes expression showed obvious exhibition in transcriptional level.Compared with wheat plants irrigated in flowering stage,irrigated-wheat plants in jointing stage expressed higher nitrogen assimilation level,but this difference was not significant.At the terms of yield,water and nitrogen use efficiency,wheat yield and water use efficiency increased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer,but nitrogen use efficiency decreased.Compared with irrigation in flowering stage,wheat yield,water and nitrogen use efficiency of irrigation in jointing stage increased obviously.Above results showed that properly increasing nitrogen fertilizer and bringing irrigation date forward could enhance nitrogen assimilation level of irrigation-limited wheat,and increase wheat yield and water use efficiency.
