To Develop OTC Markey,To Solve the Difficulty in SMEs Financing——An Example of Chongqing OTC Market

With the rapid development of Chinese economics,SMEs play more and more important role in the national economy.However,the obstacle of enterprises' financing is still not solved.The OTC market has the features of clear service objects,easy enter,wide channels and information share system,which can solve the shortcomings of on-exchange capital markets and support the financing of SMEs.This article puts forward the detailed measures mainly on solving the financing problems of SMEs using OTC market,hoping to work out the financing problems with the help of direct financing.
