Effects of ABA on nutrition absorption of soybean under Zn/Cr contaminated stress

The nutrient absorption of soybean plants were studied through zinc and chromium artificial polluted pot controlling experiment. The main results were as follows: 1μmol·L- 1and 40μmol·L- 1ABA showed worse effects on the improvement of nutrient absorption than 5μmol·L- 1,10μmol·L- 1and 20μmol·L- 1ABA in general. 5μmol·L- 1and 10μmol·L- 1ABA performed better effects on the uptakes of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in common,and 20μmol·L- 1ABA showed better effect on P absorption of stem and N absorption of leaf. ABA played different roles on the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in different plant organs due to different ABA concentrations and applications. The biomass of shoots of Keyuanlǜqiuwang were improved by 20μmol·L- 1ABA spraying and10μmol·L- 1ABA soaking while Huangkedou were improved by5μmol·L- 1ABA spraying and soaking. The nutrition absorptions and yields of soybean treated by ABA soaking were performed better than ABA spraying. It indicated that ABA could improve the nutrition absorptions and biomass of soybean by alleviating the zinc /chromium stress on soybean.
