Discussion on the several ecological problems caused by coal mining subsidence in Shenfu coalfield

In this research,the several ecological problems caused by coal mining subsidence in Shenfu coalfield were investigated base on field investigation and laboratory analysis,and the dynamic changes of surface particle composition,soil moisture content,vegetation communities and the ecological problems were investigated after 1-2 years of coal mining subsidence. The results showed that the fine sand and extreme fine sand accounted for more than 64% of surface particle composition under no-subsidence areas( control areas),however,the coarse sand and medium sand accounted for more than 65% of surface particle composition after 1-2 years of coal mining subsidence,implying that the potential wind erosion is intensified; Compared with the control areas,the soil evaporation surface area was increased and the soil moisture content was decreased that appeared after coal mining subsidence,there were much amount of soil moisture loss at the surface layer( 0-20cm),and the value was the greatest at 151%,the amount of soil moisture loss in the middle layer( 30-70cm) and the deep layer( below seventy 70cm) were 139% and 101%,respectively,the soil moisture content was greatly decreased by the surface collapse and surface damage,the whole amount of cumulative soil water loss in dune was 392%; The surface collapse,surface roughness,and the sand content amount of soil moisture loss caused by coal mining subsidence leaded to the death of vegetation,and that will directly accelerated the second desertification process and wind erosion.
