Effects of short term maize straw returning on soil bacterial diversity

To reveal the structure and the difference of the bacterial community in the soil with the maize straw returning to field,we applied high-throughput sequencing technology,combined with relevant biological information analysis to study the richness,diverse and structure changes of soil bacterial community in 0-10 cm,10-20 cm and 20-30 cm soil layers under following 3 treatments: conventional tillage( CK),straw returning-deep tillage( SF) and straw rotary returning tillage( XG). The effect of maize straw returning to field on soil bacterial diversity was relatively large. Alpha diversity of bacterial flora and the community composition analysis showed that XG and SF enriched the bacterial diversity in 10-30 cm soil layer. The soil nitrogen fixation,phosphate solution,and the function of the solution of potassium in the surface layer were improved. In CK the cellulose decomposing bacteria was Sphingomonas sp.; in XG and SF treatment the cellulose decomposing bacteria were diverse,among them the Arthrobacter,Bacillus,bite chitin bacteria and Lactobacillus Zodiac were abundance. Deep tillage increased the diversities of bacteria.
