MA Zhiyue;WANG Jinying;WANG Penggang;College of Economics,Hebei University;
The emergence of haze-fog has stimulated people's discussion on environmental and social issues and has caused widespread impacts in the society. In this research,by means of questionnaire survey,from the perspective of environmental concern,haze-fog recognition and haze-fog prevention and control of urban residents in Baoding were measured. The findings are as follows: Urban residents do not have a basic understanding of fog haze-fog,but have a certain cognition of haze-fog origin and cognition of haze-fog source,and have a high cognition of haze-fog damage. Although urban residents have a better attitude of atmosphere environment and haze-fog protection,however,they have less participation in environmental governance. Although urban residents have a relatively good acceptance of air pollution prevention and control measures,they are not confident in government's governance of haze-fog. We point out that the government should step up publicity efforts and strengthen governance determination to solve the problem of haze-fog. At the same time,people should raise awareness of haze-fog and participate in the prevention and control of haze-fog.
