Factors influencing the farmers' willingness of large-scale land management based on survey in Heilongjiang province

The factors influencing the farmers' willingness of large-scale land managementin the Heilongjiang province were analyzed by usingprincipal component analysis and multinomial logisticregression. The results indicate that influencing factors include the characteristics of peasant's family management,the labor resource endowment,the quality of farmland resources,the importance of agricultural production,the degree of social security of farmers,the agricultural land circulation environment,the location conditions and the scale of cultivated land. The characteristics of peasant's family management,the quality of farmland resources and the importance of agricultural production significantly affect the peasants to expand the scale of agricultural land willing,significant negative impact on farmer's willing to reduce the scale of agricultural land management. Peasant's social security level and farmland circulation environment significantly affect their willingness to expand the scale of agricultural land management. Some suggestions are put forward.
