A STUDY ON OASIS FORMATION CONDITONS AND CONTROL OF OASIS SUCCESSION

There are rich natural resources in the vast areas of China arid lands. These treasures should be brought into full play for the social economic development of China. The paper points out that the arid land development aims to build sustainable high-efficient oasis systenms.The author considers that the oasis formation conditions have the integrated ad-vantages of combining ″green island ″,″water garden″,″fertilized area″and ″basin plain″in-to one. The realization of good succession of an oasis needs to analyze oasis structure,to get to control the natural and socio-economic elements and their variation patterns. Sothat the target of coordinate development of resources ,environment,popultion and econo- my can be reached.
