Inversion model of wave parameters based on distributed filter

According to multidirectional irregular wave theory and the previous studies on spectrum analysis of frequency-wavenumber,an inversion model of wave parameters is proposed in this paper. Distributed filtering is proposed to eliminate the discrepancy of surface flow field caused by Dopples shift. The simulation results show that the proposed model is feasible in the inversion of the major wave direction and significant wave height, and more accurate than some traditional frequency-wavenumber inversion methods by spectrum analysis. The model may help the research on precise inversion of wave parameters by wavenumber-frequency spectrum analysis with radar impage.
