Study on Experience of Cruise Tourist based on Web Text Analysis

With the rapid development of Chinese cruise,it is of great significance to the study the cruise visitors experience for further expanding Chinese cruise market scale,enhancing the service quality of cruise tourism,and improving China position in the global cruise in the value chain.Firstly,the study serves the text data of the Ctrip site as research sample,and uses the ROST ContentMining software to extract the high-frequency words displaying characteristics of cruise visitors experience for understanding the content and attribute of visitors experience.Secondly,the study analyzes the social network relation between these high frequency words.Finally,it analyzes cruise tourist satisfaction through the tourists review to exploring problems on Chinese homeport cruise tourism.The study provides theoretical basis for improving the service quality and the management of cruise tourism in China.
