Structural design and processing technique for spring finger of polythene film collector

Polythene film collection roller is the main working part of collector,and spring finger is one of the main components of it.In order to avoid jam or stagnation,and ensure the spring finger driven by the cam disc,making circular reciprocating motion.For preventing the damages during operation,the precision of spring finger,spring finger hollow axle,connecting lever and welding process should be designed reasonably.Among which,arc spring finger is made of 65 Mn material,and the arc angle is 45°.Nine-hole and ten-hole spring finger hollow axles are staggered arranged in roller,and connecting lever is integral formed.Position and angle of welding process must be completed on special welding platform to ensure the product quality.
