Design and research on integrative machine for harvesting,bundling and wrapping silage

Aiming at the problem of low utilization rate of straw in China,an integrative machine for harvesting,bundling and wrapping silage is designed in this paper.The design scheme is proposed,the feeding mechanism,bundling device and wrapping device of this integrative machine are optimized.In order to make the bale tight outside and loose inside,roller has inclined and herringbone pattern on its surface is developed.This designed machine integrates harvesting,bundling and wrapping functions,which can effectively improve the utilization rate of straw,and play an important role in improving the mechanization level of straw utilization.
