Impact mechanical property tests of peanut pod

In order to analyze the shelling mechanism and impact mechanical properties of different peanut pod shelling method,varieties,laying mode,impact angle and moisture were selected to analyzing the impact test results,which taking impact energy(breaking shell energy)of pod as indicator.The results show that the four factors all have influence on impact energy.For Huayu23,the effect order is moisture impact angle laying mode.This study has great significance for further researches on shelling mechanism,method and mechanical properties of peanut,as well as the design of new peanut shelling machine.
