Design on rotating roasting device for Nang based on gas heating

Aiming at the existing problems of roasting device for Nang in Xinjiang,such as low degree of mechanization,weak thermal efficiency and serious environmental pollution,a rotating roasting device based on gas heating was designed.This device is composed of roller,shaftless drive system,uniform fire mechanism and electric control system,which can realize the mechanized continuous baking with compact structure,simple operation and less pollution.Tests verify that Nang with nothing or onion can be roasted by this device within 12~18 min,at 220℃~250℃.This device can promote the rapid and healthy development of ethnic catering industry in Xinjiang.
