Research on Key Technique and System Structure in Expressway Customer Service System

This paper introduces expressway service system,its key technique and technical standard.It discusses different types of expressway customer service system and service procedures.Integrating with expressway administrative demands and features in China,this paper suggests primary solution for realization of expressway customer service system.
