EXPLANATION OF JUVENILE SHADOWBOXING BY DECOMPOSITION

This article aims to improve shadowboxiag teaching and raise earning enthusiasm. The author, with the experience of many years'Ishadowb-oxing teaching and practice, elaborates on the structural features of every action, implications of attack and defence, and the application of the first set and the second set of juvenile shadowboxing for pupils, plus the value of physical training. This is different from decomposed teachingmethodology, further more it is illustrated with pictures, easy to understand,and a helpful reference to the large number of relevant teachers and enthusiasts.
