Objective To investigate the anesthesia effect and adverse drug reaction of sevoflurane combined with sufentanil in children with inguinal hernia laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 100 children with inguinal hernia laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into treatment group( n = 50) and control group( n = 50). Control group was treated with intramuscular injection of ketamine 5 mg·kg~(-1),and intravenous infusion of ketamine 1 mg · kg~(-1)was added when necessary.Treatment group received 4%-7% concentration of sevoflurane by mask inhalation, and stopped before 4-5 min surgery ending and changed to pure oxygen. Before anesthesia and after pneumoperitoneum established, fentanyl 0. 2-0. 3 μg·kg~(-1)was intravenous infusion. The interval time was 30 min. The anesthesia induction time, time of recovery, heart rate( HR),mean artery pressure( MAP),oxygen saturation( SpO_2) and adverse drug reactions were observed in two groups. Results Theanesthesia induction times in treatment group and control group were( 18. 66 ± 4. 20),( 326. 44 ± 67. 78) s. The recovery times in treatment group and control group were( 23. 76 ± 7. 38),( 81. 12 ± 22. 73) min, with significant difference( P 0. 05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in HR,MAP,SpO_2( P 0. 05). There were 3 cases of involuntary movement,3 cases of restlessness,4 cases of nausea and 8 cases of vomiting in treatment group, the incidence of adverse drug reactions was 36. 00%( 18/50 cases). There were 1 case of involuntary movement,6 cases of increased secretion,8 cases of restlessness,10 cases of nausea,8 cases of vomiting, the incidence of adverse drug reactions was 60. 00%( 30/50 cases). The incidences of adverse drug reaction in treatment group and control group had significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion Sevoflurane combined with sufentanil in children with inguinal hernia laparoscopic surgery is better than ketamine anesthesia.
