Burner Renovation of 300MW Coal- fired Boiler

The thickness of NOXin furnace outlet is 500 mg / Nm3,which is too high to SCR,and it is difficult to ensure gas reach the standard. This paper use Fluent and interrelated count to analyzes the reason of furnace outlet NOX,and find ways to reduce NOXthickness in furnace outlet. It is a successful project to reduce NOXthickness less than 160 mg / Nm3 of practice.
