Discussion on Detection of Defects in Different Transillumination Modes of Stainless Steel Small Headers

Whern the stainless steel small container is used for radiographic transillumination,different transillumination methods have a great influence on the detection of defects. This article discusses the use of Ir192,Φ219X40mm stainless steel small collection box with circular ray transillumination,with center exposure and doublewalled single-image transparency. According to the contrast,the defect detection effect of the film. Then the sample was cut longitudinally,and the X-ray machine was used to patch the inside of the workpiece and the outside patch was used for single-wall transillumination,and compared with the former two transillumination negative film. It can be seen that the source center exposure and the doublewalled single-image transillumination method are used to detect the defect rate of the stainless steel small container. The collection box cut-off singlewall transillumination negative film is only used as a result comparison,because the actual detection does not allow this detection method.
